Spices would be carefully selected and sourced from places far and near which boasted the very best. So, into Lalah’s kitchen, came aromatic turmeric from Alleppey, spicy ginger from Cochin, fresh pepper from Calicut and so on. The unique blend of spices soon caught the imagination of the market and they grew to become Asia’s largest and modern integrated spice factory. A place where the latest micro grinding process is used to ensure that the natural flavours are not lost. The finished product is packed into excellent International standard food grade packaging. Lalah’s History
Mittulaul Lalah & Sons, Lalah's for short, is the flagship company of the Lalah's Group. This partnership firm was established in 1920 and currently, the third generation is at the helm of affairs. The company is a family run business that started small but has now grown into a global brand. Rajkumar Manradiyar is the CEO and Managing Partner and Kamlesh Kumar Sheth is the other Partner.
